Blessings on you from the Elliott family!
Thank you for subscribing, and we hope you enjoy this week’s newsletter.
Our family has returned from celebrating Sukkot with our congregation here in Michigan. It was an amazing time! We have almost caught up on all the laundry! Haha!
After Sukkot, the Torah-reading schedule, used in synagogues and
churches all over the world, starts over in Genesis. My husband and I both agree that Genesis is the most important book in the entire Bible -- and one of the least studied.
Recently my friend Christine and I chatted about what the Bible says about Creation. Did God create the world in only 6 literal days? How can we know
that the creation account is true? We think this is a very important topic!
In other news, one of our daughters is getting married in December. She'll be the 4th of our children to be married. YHVH is so
good!
Between now and then, I'm continuing to write every day, working on new curriculum and new books. My husband and I are also looking forward to sneaking away soon for a few days "up north" in Michigan, to enjoy the beautiful fall leaves and celebrate 32 years of marriage.
Thank you for taking time to sip coffee with me. I hope your day is tov—good and accomplishing what the Creator designed you for. Everything your hand finds to do, do it with all your might and for the glory of Yah!
Shalom,
~Anne Elliott
